Teacher Eileen is a Yoga teacher and meditation teacher ( @eileenwhogotyoga ) She teaches Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Perinatal Yoga. Her specialization is alignment and anatomical based yoga with 500 hours of training with Align and Refine. A firm believer that yoga knows no boundaries, Teacher Eileen made it her mission to reach out and share yoga to more people. By creating relatable and fun sequences partnered with her wit and humor, Teacher Eileen has not only earned her title as “Hugot Queen of Yoga”, but she also successfully made yoga a part of the daily life of her students.
