She's the girl behind the Michael Jackson Yoga experience. "For the first time in my life I discussed publicly without shame and fear my childhood , my traumas, Michael Jackson,my journey , my present and future " 🧘♀️ . . Born and raised in Paris, France. Bea discovered yoga at her university at the age of 20.Passionate about music she got a Master degree in Music Business For the Performing Arts and organised prestigious concerts & festivals in Paris and London for over a decade.Though she loved her job, she suffered a heavy workload and started to feel stressed, under pressure and lived an unhealthy lifestyle. Out of balance she got burned out but still decided to travel to India for the first time in an attempt to recharge and find herself. She travelled for one month alone and spent two weeks at the Sivananda Ashram. She fell in love with India and that trip shifted everything in her life.By the end of 2017 she quit her job to allow herself to recover from burnout and depression. She discovered Yin yoga at that time and fell in love with it instantly. Yin yoga has helped her to reconnect with her body, her heart and her mind.After having completed her Yin 200 YTT at Tula with Hellen Van Harten, she immediately started to teach in Goa, India and in Amsterdam. Bea has a great interest for yoga, psychology and mental health. She intends to dive and teach both functional and therapeutic yoga as well as to teach yoga to incarcerated people. Teaching under the name Bea Preeya, she wishes to help her students to heal through the practice of yoga, the same way yoga helped her heal. .
