The defense is potentially the worst in the league. Erik Karlsson is a turnover machine, Kris Letang's play has fallen off and Marcus Pettersson's decline from last season has continued. Sidney Crosby's line has been the worst defensive line in hockey. It's been a recipe for disaster all around.
