YOUR DAILY JUMPSTART Belief is when you know something is true. And beliefs are powerful -- they can change your life! But what if you believe and still have big questions? That's called "faith. Understanding Belief, its meaning and significance, is very beneficial to spiritual seekers. Beliefs define your ego's programming, perseverance, and propagation. Belief systems are conventional, conceptual programs that adherents agree upon. They are mental attitudes of faith and trust without indwelling knowledge of the Truth. Spiritual beliefs may be based on Reality, but they too are a source of much suffering if taken to the extreme, through pride, anger and attachment. Understand the belief systems you are holding in mind and see how they make things happen and make things real for you. Your belief will determine a large part of your behaviors. The power of belief often veils true knowledge and fact.
