My Grandfather recently passed away and I've been dealing with some mixed feelings. Add that into the mix of usual holiday chaos. In this podcast, we recognize the many unique ways the holidays can be celebrated and how to better care for ourselves during a stressful time for many. How can we be fully present with loved ones while caring for ourselves? Taking a look back at 2022, I'm thinking about what's in store for 2023.
