1865: The Nottingham Forest Podcast

Confidence and composure: Nottingham Forest 0-1 Swansea City - The 1865 Forest Ramble Podcast

29 Nov 2020

Description

Despite a decent showing in the first half, Freddie Woodman's save from Antony Knockaert meant that Forest once again failed to score; then when Connor Roberts inexplicably out-jumped Sammy Ameobi, we just knew that we were up against it. The second half saw Swansea's back three hold firm, preventing Forest from having any meaningful efforts. It all boils down to composure; Knockaert could have done better with his first half effort, and all over the pitch, the Forest players seemed to want an extra half-second or another touch. After a reasonable first month at the helm, Chris Hughton must be wondering how to get the players feeling confident again, with a tough run of games coming up. Like what you hear?
